Meet MJ & Ash, a husband and wife duo passionate about inspiring growth in leaders across all life domains: home, work, ministry, and community. Oh, and we're also big fans of coffee, strength training, professional development, outdoor adventures (or at least pretending to be outdoorsy), and anything related to music. Recently, we set out on a mission to create more and consume less. That drive led us to launch our blog and podcast aimed at inspiring growth through introspection. Something we often don’t make much time and space for. Our hope? That every resource will help give clear next steps for your personal growth journey and leave a lasting impact on you and the next generation of leaders.

It's been a blast and a fruitful way for us to reflect on life, our relationships, and roles in ministry and the workplace. At the core of our mission lies a dedication to continually bridge the gap between intention and impact – hence, the name "The Honest Underscore."
